Welcome to The RepCo Network, operated by The Rep Company LLC (“RepCo”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using our platform, services, or community spaces (including LinkedIn groups, forums, and other communication tools), you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.
- Acceptance of Terms
By using RepCo’s website, joining our network, participating in any of our groups, or engaging with our services in any way, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. - Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to use RepCo’s services. By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and current. - Our Mission & Use of Platform
RepCo exists to connect expert advisors, organizational leaders, and investors in a collaborative, transparent, and ethical environment. You agree to use the platform in alignment with our values and mission. Misuse, harassment, or any form of exploitation is strictly prohibited. - Membership & Access
Membership in The RepCo Network is currently free for Advisors. We reserve the right to change membership terms at any time with prior notice. Companies and clients may be charged for services such as recruiting, advisory board building, or hosting. All fees will be clearly disclosed before engagement. - Code of Conduct
All members are expected to:
– Engage respectfully and professionally.
– Keep shared opportunities and materials confidential unless explicitly permitted otherwise.
– Avoid self-promotion or solicitation unless invited to do so.
– Report any misuse or unethical behavior to RepCo immediately. - Confidentiality
Opportunities, company information, and private discussions shared through RepCo or its partners are confidential unless otherwise stated. You agree not to disclose or share sensitive information received through RepCo without explicit permission. - Intellectual Property
All content created by RepCo (website materials, branding, guides, etc.) remains the intellectual property of The Rep Company LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any of our materials without written permission. - No Guarantee of Opportunities
While we are committed to bringing value and opportunities to our members, participation in RepCo does not guarantee advisor engagements, compensation, or introductions. All placements and engagements are at the discretion of RepCo and/or its clients. - Termination of Access
We reserve the right to remove or restrict access to our platform, groups, or services at our discretion, particularly in cases of misconduct, breach of these terms, or behavior inconsistent with RepCo’s mission. - Limitation of Liability
RepCo is not liable for any damages arising out of your use or inability to use the platform or services. We do not take responsibility for interactions between members or between members and clients. - Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. We will notify members via email or platform notice when significant changes are made. Continued use of the platform after such updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. - Contact Us

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information.
– We do not sell, rent, or trade your data to any third parties. Ever.
– The information you provide—such as your name, email, professional background, and any interactions within our platform—is used solely to operate RepCo, communicate with you, and deliver value through our services.
– We use Zoho Community Spaces to host The RepCo Network. As a result, your data is also subject to Zoho’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. By using our platform, you acknowledge and agree to Zoho’s handling of data as outlined in their policies.
– Zoho may process and store data as necessary to provide its platform services. RepCo does not control how Zoho stores or secures data on its systems, but we have selected Zoho with trust in their security and privacy practices.
– We may also use trusted service providers (e.g., for email or analytics), who are contractually bound to keep your data private and secure.
– You may request to view, update, or delete your personal information from our records at any time.
We take data security seriously and do everything we reasonably can to protect your information and your trust.
